Shipping & Packaging

Each Fine Art Print is printed to order, as required. Once ready I will collect it from my printer, inspect and sign it. As this process takes time each print will normally be posted to customers within 10 working days, usually less. Holiday periods, weekends and bank holidays could add to this.
All prints are sent - unframed and unmounted - by Registered Post, rolled in a sturdy postal tube.

The cost of postage and packaging is in addition to the prices shown on this site and is calculated, as required, for each order.

You will be made aware of the cost before making any payment.


Cancellations/Refunds cannot be given once orders have been processed/posted.


Problems/Damaged Items (Hopefully Not) - Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the print upon arrival, please make contact immediately using the contact page on this website.

If it's agreed there was a problem at this end of things, all reasonable steps will be taken to resolve the issue; this is after all meant to be an enjoyable transaction for both of us.

If it is agreed that a return and refund is necessary you will be sent full details by email as to how to return the print.

Once the returned item is safely received a refund will be applied to the payment method used for the original purchase.
